Tourism License
The purpose of the insurance policies is to cover the risk of non-payment by the travel agency to tourists due to the partial or total non-fulfillment of contracts for selling travel service packages, in cases of insolvency or bankruptcy of the agency. This applies if the agency fails to pay the debt within 15 calendar days from receiving the supporting documents from the tourist or if the agency unilaterally ceases providing services.
Through the tourism license, the state regulates the organization and coordination of tourism activities.
